DISTINTEL · Built for liquor wholesalers, distributors & producers

Sell where the
licences are. Every licensed venue, mapped & owned.

Your customers hold liquor licences — that’s public record. Distintel turns the licence registers of NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and the ACT into a live territory map: every hotel, club, bottle shop, restaurant and small bar, linked to the company behind it, with new applications surfacing weeks before the doors open.

Know before the doors open

Every liquor licence application in NSW is posted to a public notice board — and almost nobody reads it. Distintel ingests it every 30 minutes: 4,595 applications tracked and counting, each one a venue that will need a wholesaler before opening night.

New licences, transfers and condition changes as they’re posted
Applications auto-linked to the applying company by registered business name
Submission-close dates so you know exactly when approval is near
Risk · Entity intelligence

Licences aren’t customers. Companies are.

A licence is one row in a register. Distintel resolves it to the legal entity behind the bar — 46,395 of 60,538 licence records already resolved against a 21.7-million-entity national register, 77% — so trading names, nominee companies and group structures can’t hide an account.

Twenty-three venues. One credit decision.

Enter one ABN. Distintel walks the group from it — every related company, every licensed venue, every manager named on a licence, mapped across the state. A hotel group doesn’t trade as a hotel group in any register: it trades as thirty-six companies, twenty-three licences and eighteen individual licensees. Nothing joins them up for you. This does.

Cancelled ABNs
Who signs is never who pays. The licensee on the register is an individual manager with no ABN. The entity that owes you money is the operator company behind them. Your rep deals with one, your invoice goes to the other — Distintel resolves operator, licensee and landlord on every venue.
Group exposure, not account exposure. Twenty-three venues under one control structure is one limit decision, not twenty-three. Shared directors, registered offices and cross-holdings visible before you set terms — and a cancelled ABN anywhere in the group is an early warning on all of it.
A group is a territory, not an account. Supply one venue and the other twenty-two are the warmest whitespace on your list, each with the manager’s name already on it. The same walk that prices the risk builds the call sheet.
The freehold tells you who’s really there. When the landlord is a group entity, the operator isn’t going anywhere. When it isn’t, the venue can change hands — and your account with it.

One org. Up to ten reps.
Shared allowances, personal territories.

Seats that pool

Every seat adds views, searches and credit to one shared org pool. Reps draw from the pool; admins see who’s using what. Add a rep in two clicks — billing follows automatically.

Watchlists & signals

Put accounts and prospects on watch. Licence status changes, new applications and ASIC notices land in the signal feed — and in your inbox — the day they happen.

Leads, not lists

Turn any search into a lead pipeline. Import your existing customer book, match it against the register, and see which accounts are growing, moving or at risk.
